i found myself getting frustrated and angry at the bolts for the past month or so, but
the good people over at boltprospects made a fair point.
don't expect any dominating efforts by the lightning until mid march when the roster is different and the lightning are fine tuning their game for a massive cup run which they know they're capable of.

i hate to use this excuse, because they are professionals who get paid to be at their best, but for a team thats been to the cup finals, eastern conference finals back to back years, it was hard for them last year to put any meaning at all into their reg season games. this year, they did a good job rebounding, but i think it is slowly creeping back, although i DO NOT expect it to last. Just be patient people, this is a special team! :D |
